Well priced for a good location, but price reflects what you get.
Good value for money and very useful location for trade shows. Relatively comfortable. owner communicated well between our Google translate dialogue.
A little awkward to access for non-mandarin speakers as access is via key deposit location in reception and payment is requested in cash in a letterbox in the property, so I didn’t get a receipt. The room I had didn’t have a window and was called the garden view room due to a Japanese diarama opposite the bed. The room also had some odd edges and steps that were easy to stub toes on. Also, lighting not ideal for makeup in the bathroom. Final negative point, there is some sound seepage from other rooms around. Despite all that, for the money and location, not a bad option and would say it is priced fairly, was clean, secure and relatively comfortable.

a very pleasant and value for money stay.
it is very clean, and basic necessities are provided. it is also very near to the train station with plenty of convenience stores around. the bed is on the firm side, which is good
the hot water takes awhile to heat up.
